Ice Hotels in Finland

Finland has three ice hotels, the Kaksleuttanen Igloo Village, Lainio Snow Village, and the Kemi Snow Castle.

Kakslauttanen Igloo Village
This ice and snow hotel near the Hotel Kakslauttanen features of igloos made of snow, glass dome igloos, a tee pee in the snow made of glass, and a snow restaurant. Located in West Finnish Lapland.

Kemi Snow Castle
This hotel made of snow and ice is located on the Gulf of Bothnia is usually open from the end of January through April.

Lainio Snow Village
Construction of the Lainio Snow Village begins every year near the end of November and the hotel has rooms, suites, a restaurant, and a bar, all made of ice and snow.
